7 CHANGES YOU SEE IN CHRIST' FOLLOWERS
(2 Corinthians5:17)[If anyone is in Christ, he is anew creation. The old has gone, the new has come]. When a person comes close the Christ you will see changes of faith in his life. Something different in that person. The true Christian is not a Christian have these characters:
1- Goes to church every Sunday(even it's necessary).
2- Does not curse (even you shouldn't).
3- Does not smoke or drink (better not).
4- Dose not cut people off in traffic(even it's illegal).
5- Gives money to Charity …........and more of these.
But the person who is following Christ will :
1- Love Christ: 1John 4:19)[We love Him because He first loved us].
2-Hate Sin : Romans 12:9)[Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good].
3- Pray : Turn all his worries into prayers. Philippians 4:6-7)[Do not be anxious about anything. But in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus ]. 4- Read and apply the teaching of the Bible : James 1:22)[Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves, Do what it says].
5- Turn from the works of the flesh : Galatians 5:19-21)[The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: Sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry, and witchcraft. Hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, and envy, drunkenness, orgies, and the like, I warn you as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God ].
6- Produce the fruits of the Spirit : Galatians 5:22-23)[But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, against such things there is no law].
7- Live by Faith : Galatians 2:20)[I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ live in me, the life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me].
Because we have been crucified with Christ, we have also been raised with Him(Romans 6:5). We have been reconciled with God(2Coronthians 5:19) and are free to grow into Christ's likeness (Romans8:29) and in our daily life we have Christ's resurrection power as we continue to fight sin(Ephesians 1: 19-20) . We are no longer alone, for Christ lives in us. He is our power for living and our hope for the future(Collisions 1:27).
